About Skyjet Polymer

Skyjet Polymer is a wholly owned subsidiary of Changzhou Tianjie Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., a manufacturing company with more than 25 years of experience in plastic injection molding, mold manufacturing, precision machining, and engineered polymer solutions.

Changzhou Tianjie originally started with plastic injection molding and mold manufacturing, serving customers across the electronics, automotive, medical, and optoelectronics industries. Over the years, we have continuously expanded our manufacturing capabilities and developed extensive experience in both conventional plastics and high-performance engineering polymers.

Today, our manufacturing facilities include a 2,000 m² injection molding and mold manufacturing workshop and a 6,000 m² precision machining facility.

Polymer Tooling & Precision Machining

Our machining facility specializes in the design and manufacturing of polymer molds, extrusion dies, and precision engineering plastic components.

Our tooling capabilities cover a wide range of materials and manufacturing processes, including conventional engineering plastics such as ABS, Nylon, and POM, as well as high-performance polymers such as PEEK, PPSU, PTFE, and UHMWPE.

In particular, we have extensive experience in tooling for PTFE and UHMWPE ram extrusion, including custom ram extrusion molds, extrusion dies, and related tooling solutions.

In addition to polymer tooling, our precision machining team manufactures custom high-precision engineering plastic components for demanding industrial applications.

From PTFE Tooling to Complete PTFE Solutions

Since 2023, Skyjet Polymer has expanded beyond PTFE tooling and established a dedicated engineering team focused on high-end PTFE equipment customization and engineering solutions.

We work with customers to develop and customize PTFE processing equipment and production solutions based on their specific products, materials, and manufacturing requirements. Our engineering team combines practical experience in PTFE tooling, polymer processing, equipment design, and manufacturing to provide integrated solutions rather than simply supplying individual components.

Our services can cover the complete process from tooling development and equipment customization to commissioning and technical support.
